These report pads are printed in duplicate - leave a 'service report' for your customer after each service, and keep a copy for yourself.

These records of service give your customer peace of mind and verification in the event of a COVID infection being track-and-traced back to his/her premises.

The outer is an impressive cover so you can use it in your sales process to explain the complete professionalism of your FOG BLASTER™ service.  Each report is uniquely numbered so you can audit the use of FOG BLASTER PRO™ with employees. The cover also has a place to enter the date range, and 'starting with' the first number in the book for easy recall. 

Each report confirms all the aspects of your service, including the concentration of your sanitizer or disinfectant, the service you provided, your use of PPE, and the use of Door Hangers. 

Each page has a section for you to add a label with your details and another with your customer details  - it is designed for standard AVERY™ 1.5" wide, 1" high labels - simply print a page of labels for each customer, and each time you service their account, peel it from the sheet and apply it to your service report. You can also make a stamp for your own company and pre-stamp each book.
